At Stratum Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please reach out to us using the contact form below, and we’ll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your Stratum Outdoors transducer pole. However, if you’re not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, you can return it for a full refund.

Additionally, if your product has a manufacturing defect or functional failure within the first 30 days, we’ll replace it free of charge, including shipping.

2-Year Limited Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Replacement Policy

  • First 30 Days: We’ll replace any defective product at no cost to you, including shipping.

  • Day 31 to 2 Years: We’ll replace any defective part free of charge, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
